Parking and Transportation

What is the address and how do I get to the condo?

The condo address is 1415 Lowell Ave, Park City, UT — approximately a 35-minute drive from Salt Lake City International Airport. The underground parking entrance is at the end of Shadow Ridge Road, adjacent to the ski mountain. We recommend getting an Uber from the airport and not renting a car.

Where should I park my car?

Upon arrival, enter the second parking garage entrance (closest to the mountain) and temporarily park in a 15-minute loading zone near the double black doors to unload luggage.

After unloading, move your car to any numbered space on Level P4 (bottom floor) and immediately hang the provided parking permit on your rearview mirror, as the lot is actively patrolled.

How many cars can we park?

This is the most desirable parking in Park city. Each condo is allowed one parking pass per stay — these are highly limited and valuable. Because most attractions are within walking distance, we recommend Uber or Park City's free shuttle.

If you need a second pass, we may be able to rent one from another owner not using theirs. Please inquire in advance to confirm availability/cost.

How tall can my vehicle be to fit in the underground parking?

Maximum clearance is 6'8", suitable for most SUVs without roof racks. A secondary garage nearby offers clearance up to 7' for taller vehicles. Roof mounts will not fit.

Can I park at the mountain after checkout time?

Yes. The Vail Mountain Village lot next to our building offers free parking from 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM. Overnight parking is not permitted and violators may be cited. We suggest that you Google "parking at Mountain Village" for the most current info. For authorized overnight parking, text "Overnight" to 435-244-7164.

What is the policy for the parking pass upon departure?

Please leave the parking pass on the kitchen counter at checkout. The HOA charges $400 for a missing pass, so please double-check before departure.

Check-In and Check-Out

Can I request an early check-in?

Due to high occupancy and tight turnovers, early check-ins are typically unavailable. Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Upon request we can notify you if the condo is ready sooner.

Can I request a late check-out?

Unfortunately, late check-outs are rarely possible for the same reason. Checkout is at 10:00am

What can I do if I arrive before check-in or need to stay after checkout?

You're welcome to use building amenities (pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and shower room) throughout the day.

Early Arrival Ideas:
• Grab lunch or drinks at Pig Pen Saloon or baja cantina (both in the complex)
• Visit Woodward Park for tubing and trampolines en route from SLC airport
• Explore Main Street or shop the Kimball Junction Outlets

Post-Checkout Showers:
An "old school" locker room with showers is located one level below the pool area. Enter through the door behind the indoor jacuzzi, then go down one flight of stairs.

Where can I store luggage before check-in or after checkout?

• In your vehicle (simplest option if you rented a car)

Extending Your Stay

Can I extend my stay (early arrival or late departure)?

Occasionally, we have a "donut day" — an unbooked night or morning before/after your reservation. If available, we offer it at a discounted rate. Please ask!

Condo Policies

What if I haven't signed the rental agreement yet?

Please sign it promptly via your booking page. Door codes and arrival details are not released until the agreement is signed and deposit received.

What is your cancellation policy?

• Up to 60 days before check-in: Full refund (less 2.9% credit card fee if booked direct/VRBO).
• Airbnb bookings: 100% refundable within the 60-day window (Airbnb processes payments).

What if I cancel within 60 days of arrival?

We strongly recommend "cancel-for-any-reason" travel insurance. For cancellations inside 60 days, the cleaning fee is refunded. Try Squaremouth for travel insurance – they have many inexpensive options.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–7 business days.

Amenities & Services

Where can I get breakfast or coffee nearby?

Drip coffee and supplies are provided in-unit. Very close, in our complex are many options including Harvest, Legends Café, Bumps n Grind, Jupiter Java, and Corner Store Pub & Grill.

How far is the condo from Main Street?

Just a 10–15 minute walk (½ mile) or an easy free shuttle/Uber ride. The shuttle stop is right outside the building. We usually walk to town and then shuttle home if late and cold!

What are the closest grocery and convenience stores?

Grocery Stores (under 1 mile):
• The Market – 1500 Snow Creek Dr (next to liquor store). Accepts online pickup/delivery orders.
• Fresh Market – 1760 Park Ave (shuttle accessible). Accepts online pickup/delivery orders.

Convenience Stores:
• Located inside our complex – one near the ice rink, and another (Corner Store Market) on the upper pavilion.

Is childcare or babysitting available?

Yes!
• Wildlings Daycare – (435) 487-9095 (in-building; may offer babysitting)
• Park City Sitters and Mother Goose of Utah also serve this area.

How can I rent or arrange baby equipment?

Where are quiet places to work or study nearby?

The condo is quiet, but if you need more privacy, we recommend:
1. Park City Library – free access, conference rooms available ($25/hr), attached to Lucky Ones Coffee another great place to work

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, no. Our HOA does not allow pets.

Is there a washer and dryer inside the condo?

Yes, a washer and dryer are in-unit. Coin-operated machines are also available on each floor for larger loads.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes, Wi-Fi is included.

Is there cable TV or streaming?

Yes, we offer basic cable and each TV is a Smart TV so you can log into your own streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) and get whatever you desire!

Is there a fitness center?

Yes, a fitness area with cardio machines and weights is located next to the pool on the 1st floor.

Does the condo have a full kitchen?

Yes, it's fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware, flatware and utensils.

What kind of coffee maker is provided?

A drip coffee maker is provided along with one pound of coffee to get you started. You may wish to buy more with your groceries.
